Cece does not deserve 5 stars, she quite literally deserves 1 million stars!!! She made our wedding day an absolute dream come true. She took the time to get to know us and our relationship and knew exactly what we were envisioning our wedding day of not only looking like, but feeling like too! By the day of the wedding, I fully trusted her to make whatever decisions/changes needed without my approval whatsoever. She is so knowledgeable in every aspect of her career and will have you thinking she’s the fairy godmother with the tasks she can do. Cece was the absolute best person to have in our corner throughout the entire wedding planning process, all through the day of. We were the first of either of our families to get married and we had no idea what we were doing. We were planning a large wedding (approx. 250 guests) many of whom were out of State, so there was a lot to plan. We got in touch with Cece through a friend. Cece put together all sorts of organizational templates and timelines and provided them to us in a very convenient and accessible format. From the first meeting it was clear that she was really trying to understand what we wanted out of our wedding day and how she could make it happen. She had great ideas and contributions through the entire process and always wanted to hear us out. Where Cece really shined was recommending vendors and contractors and making sure they knew what we wanted from them. For such a young professional she has the air of someone that has been doing this for a long time. It was reassuring to see her use the contacts she'd clearly established in the industry, but also branch out to work with new vendors at our request. In meetings, she knows exactly the questions to ask and she listened carefully to the vendors responses. If she didn't like their answers, she'd push back and work towards getting what we wanted. She really went to bat for us and we appreciated her tireless advocacy and big-picture mentality. Our only regret is that we don't have a reason to see Cece more often. We planned our wedding over a nearly two-year span, and we got to know her very well. Our families really enjoyed having her help us out and she provided them with the reassurances they were looking for that our wedding was going off without a hitch. Our wedding party immediately loved her too. She was a very light and fun presence during the stress of the wedding day, and she made sure that everything went smoothly. Our wedding was perfect and it is truly all thanks to Cece. We have no reservations in saying that Cece is the BEST wedding planner in the St. Louis area, you just won't get better than Celebrate by Cece.

5 stars are simply not enough for Cece and her outstanding team! Cece came highly recommended by a close family friend, and we are so happy we had her by our sides during all stages of planning and celebrating. Cece was a tremendous help with planning. We booked Cece about a year before our big day, and we are so glad we did. From the monthly check-ins, to the planning meetings of all details (big and small!), she thought of everything and made us feel so comfortable going into our wedding day. She was always an email, text, or phone call away for my mom and I. Cece truly felt like family to us after planning with her for a year. She was literally the last person I saw before walking down the aisle, and the first person my groom and I saw at the end of the aisle after our ceremony. Cece and Phil stood in the pouring rain with umbrellas to greet the wedding party and get us off the party bus at the reception venue. She was involved in every big part of the day, but all the little things are what stood out to us the most. Cece and her team are worth every penny. We loved having her help us plan and coordinate our best day ever, and we cannot recommend her enough!

​We had a "micro" wedding with around 55 guests and we had a different venue for our ceremony site and our reception dinner. I initially thought that since it was a smaller, non-traditional wedding, that my family and I could handle everything day of, but I quickly learned that with the two different venue sites that it would be impossible for me to do this on my own wedding day and decided that I wanted to hire a day of coordinator to ensure that the set up and decor at the venues was correct and that all would go smoothly day of. I found Cece via The Knot, and I could not have found a better day of coordinator! Cece took all of my ideas and brought them to life. Cece is the best with communication and I never had an issue getting a hold of her and she always had a quick turnaround time with responses. I cannot recommend Celebrate by Cece enough!

If you are debating between hiring a wedding coordinator or not, my one piece of advice would be to DO IT! Cece was the one thing my husband said was actually worth the money. BOOK CECE FOR YOUR WEDDING! She was such a sweetheart during our wedding planning process and truly felt like a friend helping us have the best time ever during our wedding. We had Cece and her team for day of planning services and she was such a helpful vendor prior to the big day. From our initial planning meeting where she brought up topics we hadn’t thought of to our venue visit taking pictures and extensive notes on how me and my fiancé wanted things set up for the big day. I’ve been in the wedding industry for 8 years now and was so happy I went with Cece as our day of coordinator because she really went above and beyond for all our needs for the big day. To letting our dog go potty before the reception to setting a cupcake at the head table for me to make sure I got to have one with the craziness of the reception. Needless to say if you’re still reading this review just go ahead and book her for your big day you won’t regret it. Working with Cece was the best choice that we made throughout the whole wedding planning process. My spouse and I planned a very personalized wedding at a venue that hadn’t hosted very many weddings, and Cece was the glue that held everything together. She was able to advise on layout, floral design, lighting, and timelines; she thought of all the details that we never would have known would matter but that ended up making our event perfect down to the last detail. She was also able to use her strong knowledge of the local wedding industry to help us find excellent vendors that fit our needs and budget and handle problems. Cece was a DREAM wedding planner. 10/10. She is incredibly organized, responsive, creative, and enthusiastic. Cece was fantastic! Not only was she incredibly professional and skilled, but she was fun and down to earth. Her expertise and diligence took care of every little detail to the point where all I had to do as the bride was show up and enjoy myself! Also, my husband and I chose to serve Krispy Kreme donuts instead of wedding cake, and we wanted to make a giant donut tower. Right from the jump, I knew Cece was going to be amazing to work with, and it only got better with each interaction! I’m a pretty hands on person who hates to ask for help, but also procrastinates til the cows come home.. quite the combination. I let Cece know that on our first Google Video Call and she made sure that I answered all vital questions for vendors, had contracts signed and made all payments on schedule. When my fiancé met her, he got off the call and said – “Oh my god. She’s amazing. What are we paying her? She deserves more. She deserves all of it!” Her past work experience at a wedding venue in STL has fostered many connections and relationships with vendors in the industry. When in a pinch, she had vendors on speed dial ready to assist. Cece is down to earth, organized, professional, wants the wedding day to be completely unique to the couple and does everything in her power to make that happen – all with a smile on her face. I mean…can you ask for more? Cece makes it look so easy! We had many changes and challenges leading up to our wedding and Cece helped us navigate and adjust seamlessly. We downsized from 300 guests to 100, because we wanted to make sure our guests were safe and felt comfortable, she found us someone who would stream our wedding for our virtual guests, helped up changed our dinner plans from a Rosalita’s taco buffet to Rosalita’s Family Style (seated by household – Cece’s amazing suggestion) to better suit covid regulations and we even had a florist (that I found prior to Cece.. what was I thinking!) that went completely MIA. With all this adversity, you would think we’d both be pulling our hair out. Not. At. All. The same day we decided to find a new florist (aka 3 weeks out from our “I Dos”.. yikes!), Cece had options and quotes ready for me. It ended up being such a blessing in disguise because the flowers from Sister’s Floral Design Studio are GORGEOUS! I say ARE because they’re all over my house right now & I’m working with a shop on Etsy to preserve them into small pieces of jewelry for future kiddos.. it can be the “something old” that they tied into their bouquet as they walk down the aisle on their own wedding day. Anywho.. I digress, but had to share that hot tip. For rehearsal, Cece corralled our crazy wedding crew into their positions, helped everyone feel confident and comfortable in their roles and even stopped by the rental tux place when she learned that my dad was missing his tie! Her assistant was very on top of things too, which is no surprise. When your family, wedding party and even guests who show up early on your wedding day compliment your planner, you KNOW you’re in great hands! Even my make-up artist, Heather (Heather B. Beauty.. AMAZING, and so is her team!), who has worked with a ton of different planners in the past, complimented Cece! She hadn’t worked with her before but was very impressed with her organization and communication and hopes to work with her again! If you’re even slightly considering a wedding planner – meet with Cece! Her packages for plans are super flexible and her set up/tear down is amazing. Even on the day of the wedding, she made sure all family/friends were texting HER and if any issues/questions popped up, Cece went straight to my Matron of Honor so I wouldn’t have to think about anything other than marrying the man of my dreams and celebrating the best day ever with our nearest & dearest. 10/10 Recommend.

Is there an option on here to give more stars for a review? Five stars is simply not enough. For starters, I had to make my own account for this website so I could write a review. Cece is an incredible person who is unbelievably talented at what she does. For a guy who got married during March Madness season (wasn’t the original plan), I feel it’s necessary to make a basketball reference to put things in perspective. Cece is ranked #1 in the country for all wedding planners. If there was a tournament for wedding planners, she is the overwhelming favorite who I’d put my money on to win it all, hands down. From start to finish, every step of the way, Cece goes above and beyond of what is expected. Still shocked and in awe thinking about what she brought to the table. I am truly grateful for all the hard work and incredible effort she put into our day to ensure it went perfect. There is absolutely no way our wedding day would have been as amazing as it was without Cece by our side. ​We hired Cece with less than TWO weeks until our wedding day. I sincerely don't want to imagine what our day would have been like had she not been a part of it. Every time I reached out to Cece to inquire about her availability, packages, or had questions, she would respond immediately with the information I was seeking. Once we decided to move forward, Cece jumped in and took the wheel. She asked the questions I never thought to consider, and created solutions to problems before they could even arise. We planned the wedding of our dreams in my parent's front yard, with our immediate family. Cece coached me without ever telling me what to do. As a bride who attempted to plan, replan and almost cancel during COVID, Cece encouraged me to carry on and helped solve problems without me ever realizing there were any! (like the unexpected wind that destroyed our original idea of a drapery enclosed inner table). The day of my wedding was sincerely stress free, I was able to enjoy the small and big moments, and move throughout our ceremony and dinner as if I was a guest myself because of the fluidity and support that Cece provided. Cece was fantastic! I’m a bit of a control freak and being the mother of the groom it’s not really “my” day, but often times I feel that “someone” needs to take charge(and they don’t). Cece accomplishes the task of orchestrating everything with grace and ease. She’s like everyone’s favorite aunt or a best friend, you didn’t even know you had! I was so impressed with her professionalism, her care and consideration for the bridal party as well as the guests. She truly takes the wedding to heart from start to finish.
